CONDITION OF YOUR ROOF AND TILES
We will examine your roof and tiles.
Inspecting anything out of the ordinary and providing you with a report if anything negative is found.

CONDITION OF GUTTERING AND FACIA
Inspection of your facia to make sure there are no cracks, aging or rotten parts. We will check that the facia is structurally sound.
Inspection of the guttering includes checking for any cracks or damage. Making sure there are no blockages and rain water can run freely.
CONSULTING
After the drone survey is complete, you will be provided with a checklist of all areas of your roof.
If there are any issues we will recommend the best course of action to fix these issues. We will also provide an approximate quote so you have an idea of what the costs will be to fix any issues.
CONDITION OF SOLAR PANELS
Solar panels will be checked for any cracks, damage and life expectancy.
CONDITION OF VENT PIPES
All pipes within the roof will be checked to make sure they were installed properly and for any damage.
INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ROOF
A report will be given on the materials used on your roof and their costs.
SQUARE METERAGE
We will provide the measurements of your roof in a report for future replacement
